What is the difference between Smartsuit Pro II and Smartsuit Pro II (Glove Ready)?
Smartsuit Pro II: Tracks hand/wrist movements with built-in sensors.
Glove Ready version: Replaces built-in hand sensors with USB-C ports for direct Smartglove connection, enabling a plug-and-play setup.
Our bundles automatically include the Glove Ready version for a seamless setup.Do you ship internationally?

Can the Smartsuit Pro II be used without Wi-Fi connection?
Short answer, yes! The Smartsuit Pro II has a built-in hotspot that you can connect to - perfect for offline or outdoor recordings.
Can I return the products if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. All purchases include a 30-day trial period. You can test the gear and return it within 30 days from delivery for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered.
Do I need to buy a battery or power bank?
Yes. For customs reasons, we are not able to ship Lithium batteries, necessary to power the Smartgloves. You likely already own such a powerbank, but if not here are battery recommendations.
I think it's too expensive, can I pay in monthly instalments with partial payments?
Our mission is to enable everyone with the power of animation. Typically, high quality motion capture has cost tens of thousands of dollars, if not much more, and we’re investing heavily to make sure we can bring studio-quality motion capture at a much cheaper price. We view the suit as an investment on your end, just like a camera or computer, and many of our customers report making the money back in just one paid gig or in time saved.
